Indishoe’s manufacturing facility spans 25,000 square meters and operates with a skilled team of 120+ employees and various machines across cutting, stitching, lasting, and finishing. With two active production lines, our factory has the capacity to produce up to 1,200 pairs of footwear per day, allowing us to handle both high-volume orders and flexible MOQ requests with ease and efficiency.
Production Workflow Overview
Our production follows a structured, quality-assured flow:
Order Confirmation & BOM Planning
Each production cycle begins with detailed critical analysis and the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) with exact specifications and style requirements for seamless execution.
Material Procurement & Quality Check
Materials including leather, outsoles, linings, laces, adhesives, and hardware are sourced from certified suppliers and tested for quality, grade, and compliance.
Leather Cutting & Component Sorting
Premium leather is processed through precision cutting machines and components are sorted for stitching and assembly.
Stitching & Closing
Skilled craftsmen create refined silhouettes using high-speed sewing machines, ensuring durability and clean finishing.
Lasting & Assembly
Uppers are lasted and attached to sole using last-activated adhesives for permanent bonding. This process is monitored for shape, balance, and comfort.
Finishing
Each pair is cleaned, edge-buffed, polished, and lined for retail presentation. Finishing touches like branding, tags, and inserts are applied.
Quality Control
Every pair goes through detailed inspection against client specifications—checking alignment, sizing, stitching quality, glue bonds, and overall craftsmanship.
Final Packaging
Finished pairs are packed into branded boxes and stored in the dispatch area, ready for delivery or export shipment.

Production Lines

We operate with two fully equipped footwear production lines, each capable of manufacturing up to 900 pairs per day, giving us a total daily output of 1,800 pairs.
- Line 1 is dedicated to core styles such as flats, sandals, and ballerinas,
- While Line 2 supports rotating designs like boots, heels, and custom SKUs.
In addition to footwear, we also have dedicated capacity to produce leather and synthetic bags, with the ability to manufacture up to 100 pieces per day.
Our core production focus includes:
- Ladies' and kids' footwear
- Leather fashion accessories
- Year-round collections tailored for Spring/Summer, Fall/Winter, and in-between seasons
We maintain a sampling lead time of 10–15 working days and offer flexible minimum order quantities depending on the product style and material. With end-to-end control over our process, Indishoe is equipped to deliver quality, consistency, and trend-aligned footwear and accessories at scale.
